At The mytelephone.ae we pride ourselves on our quick delivery and we make every effort to ensure you receive your product with 2-3 working days. If we are unable to deliver the items within the prescribed timeframe, we will inform you about the delay in advance. Our delivery times arer Saturday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm.
Cancelling an Order
Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us either by phone +800 229 2227 or email mytelephone.ae). Please do let us know the reason for cancellation so we can work to improve our service and product offering. No cancellation charges will apply if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours of confirming the order - we will process a refund after deducting 10% of the invoice value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation).
Returns / Exchange Policy
Should you decide to return your purchase within seven (7) days of receipt of the item simply because you have Changed your Mind, we will process your request after deducting 10% of the invoice value or a fee of AED 20 – whichever value is higher (this is to compensate for certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation). Please note the products should be in the same original packaging and condition upon return. \mytelephone.ae has the rights to reject any returns or exchanges if the product is not in the same original condition.
The mytelephone.ae \ has a seven (7) day return policy for most items, however, return periods may vary. Certain items cannot be returned unless there is a problem with their quality such as being faulty or not being found as per provided description/specification (see below categories).
Items in the below categories cannot be returned unless defective.

Items purchased under Promotions, Sale, Discount, Clearance and Warehouse Deals will not be refunded. When the item is defective we will exchange it under the terms of our Returns/Exchange Policy.
No Warranty of any kind is will be available on any products that are provided as part of Promotions, Sale, Discount, Clearance and Warehouse Deals.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

• All returned items must be returned in the same condition to which it was received, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
• If defective, please specify the defect, on a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
• Delivery charges for returned products (other than for defective products) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do I have to pay when I return any defective product?
No.mytelephone.ae offers free shipping of products with manufacturing, delivery defects or not as displayed that are returned by you. We will endeavor to have a new product delivered to you as soon as possible!
Credit Card Refund Policy for our Customers
We will process a refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s) in an acceptable condition. Where you have paid through electronic means (Credit/Debit card) then your refund may be paid directly back to your card, depending upon individual’s standard Bank prerequisites, the refund may take up to a month to reflect on your card statement. Please note that for payments made by credit card will be refunded to the charged card only.
