The service center is obliged
An
authorized service center from 3 to 14 days free of charge eliminates the
faults caused by the fault of the manufacturer during the warranty period from
the date of receipt of the goods. The warranty can be purchased for 6, 9, 12
months.
It is
possible to extend the service to 20 days if for certain reasons the defective
part is not available in the service center and it will have to be delivered
from abroad.
If any
defect is revealed within 72 hours from the date of sale and if the inspection
of the service center proves the producer's fault, the device will be replaced
with a new one.
In addition
to the implementation date, the order number requires an identity document
specified in the guarantee contract.
For the buyer
Read the
instructions, rules and conditions presented by the manufacturer.
Rewrite all data from the phone's memory
before sending it to the service center, if the code is installed on the phone,
fix it.
At the end of the warranty repair and the
receipt of the phone in the service center, check its full working condition.
When
reporting that the phone is fixed, do not leave it for more than 30 days.
Before
sending all the equipment passes mandatory inspection, is completed on the
basis of instructions.
The service
is delivered only to factory defects, and in case of choosing a paid warranty
when ordering.
